You don’t need anyone else
A common problem these days is “loneliness”, and it seems men are especially feeling it. It is strange that after all these millennia of evolution, that the species at the top of the food chain should have any issues at all, considering many of the world’s top predators actually hunt alone, live alone and find another only by chance, or to mate.
So what has happened to humanity? Why are men (and women) feeling so lonely nowadays?
The usual response to these things is “it’s social media”, or “we’re more disconnected than ever”, or “it’s hard to make friends” or even “there is no community anymore”. These are all false narratives, generated by a world that has zero understanding of what makes a human being tick.
The world is an easy place only for those who don’t want anything to do with it. This has always been true. Everyone else, i.e. who wish to enjoy the world and be lost in it, will forever find themselves unable to be happy.
“The only way to live in the world is to keep your distance from it, spiritually speaking.”
Why being alone is the cure for loneliness
The world is full of negativity, illusion, false narratives and other problems. This isn’t some recent development. It is, in fact, the nature of the world.
“The very nature of the world is negativity, illusion and false. You cannot ever change this.”
Why is this? Because the world isn’t real in a very specific way. While the animals, plants and trees are very much real, the world is, in fact, made up of ideas, opinions and beliefs. Let me give you a very simple example.
Let’s say you are walking on the street and happen upon a building. The building has a nice facade, glass doors, glass windows, polished floors, and well-dressed people walking everywhere-a typical corporate building in any big city. In this case, you may go inside and find that it is full of people that are counting and handing out, as well as receiving money. So you’d conclude that you’ve entered a bank.
Now, ask yourself: is the “bank” really there? Sure, there is a building, there is material shielding you from the sun, etc. There are human-beings and such and paper is being exchanged. But what gives it meaning? What makes it “a bank”?
You do, obviously, and you do so because you’ve been trained and conditioned to believe it’s a bank. This is why when you are watching a movie, you will recognize a bank straightaway, even though in the movies everything is completely fake. The way it looks is what you are used to, believe in, trust and accept, completely.
In fact, you trust the “fact” that what you are looking at is a bank so completely that you will happily change the way you behave in order to fit within the norms of what is acceptable in a bank. You will probably go quiet, stand or wait patiently in line for your turn, willingly hand over information that you wouldn’t elsewhere, and so on. Nothing wrong with that.
However, your physical body, isn’t fooled. It senses that it’s within an enclosed environment, with little to no sunlight, with no fresh air, and that too many people are present in a small space. It will rebel, want to leave and will make you feel uncomfortable. Some people are visibly uncomfortable in buildings, but they are so enslaved to the system that they will not even acknowledge how they feel. But the next time you are in such a setting, ask yourself honestly: “do I want to be here right now?”
You and your body are not built for settings like the ones we find ourselves in on a daily basis. This is not just true of our so-called workspaces but also homes, buses and trains, airports, whatever. But what’s the fundamental problem?
Falsehood, specifically the lack of anything real in these spaces. People try to make these spaces “feel more natural”, by placing trees and you have others, like Feng-Shui artists who claim to be able to balance these spaces and make them harmonious, but it is all a sham. You will never be happy indoors, because you are not supposed to be indoors. Ever.
Wait, so does this mean all shelter is bad? No. Shelter, shelters you from the elements. It does not isolate you from them. Once you isolate and insulate yourself from the natural world, your body no longer knows what the hell is going on. Energy goes haywire, nothing is perfectly clean anymore (wind, rain and sunshine do the real cleansing on this Earth, not filters and air purifiers). And while your body is trying to figure out what the hell is happening, it loses balance.
Once you’ve lost balance, there is no going back, unless you spend an extended amount of time outdoors and recover your senses. And it’s not a small amount of time. For each minute you spend indoors, you must have an hour outside to rebalance. Is this the ratio of indoor to outdoor time you have in your life?
It is this simple rule that is causing you to feel “lonely”: the fact that your body is simply out of balance. It isn’t able to handle its own energy, so it thinks that having more energy will make you feel better. The easiest source of energy is other people: you can simply spend time with someone energetic and you will feel “uplifted” to some extent. This is true even if you are simply looking at someone else’s photograph. Their energy will flow between them and you, if they are still alive.
So people who don’t understand the human mechanism have decided that friendship, marriage, relationships, companionship, community, etc., are all necessary for a human being to feel fulfilled, happy, and be healthy. In fact, the exact opposite is true.
Get rid of all these false spaces, live within nature as much as possible, reduce your isolation and insulation from the weather and you will see, the body will naturally fall back into balance. And once you start to live this way, you will not want the negativity, the falsehood and the stupidity with which most people live their lives. You will not want to disturb your balance unnecessarily. You will want to be alone, because you will find that being alone is amazingly happy.
“Once you are in balance, you will find being alone to be the best damn thing ever.”
Arranging your life better
Am I recommending that you give up your home and start living on the street? No, our city streets are really disgusting so, no, absolutely not.
But you can start to eliminate all the ways that you insulate and isolate yourself from what is really going on, on this Earth. I don’t want you to force yourself to do anything, to make any changes simply because you read a book or a blog post. It will not work. Your body must come to a natural understanding of what is good for it. This is why I am here: to cleanse you of your negativity so that your body is filled with light and can see life properly. Once it sees, even for a moment, what it’s like to live with clarity, it will hurry up and start to get rid of all the trash it’s accumulated. Every falsehood, misunderstanding, belief, etc., will be kicked out, replaced with the need for actual life experience and understanding. Your body will take a journey through life, trying things and learning in ways you never expected. And as it learns, it becomes more balanced, healthier, happier and so on. This is true spiritual work, not meditation, chanting, going to some center and hoping for a blessing, etc.
In my life, for example, I don’t use air conditioning. I don’t use a fridge, or drink cold water. I don’t have a mattress except when it’s unbearably cold and I sleep on the bare floor, with no blanket even. And my home is at the same temperature as it is outside in the shade. I only wear a very thin layer of clothing that doesn’t actually change how cold or hot I am, and if I am alone, I am naked, for then I am completely in sync with the weather. I don’t eat anything fancy-or anything that wouldn’t survive sitting outside in Arizona weather for a couple of hours. These are just some examples of how I live my life so that I am totally in sync with the Earth.
You shouldn’t do this, because this is my life and the way it’s been arranged reflects the work I must do. Your life will never be exactly the same, because you came here to do something different, live differently. So the specific things you do, and how you do them, depends on what your body learns on the spiritual path. Your own natural understanding will cause your life to arrange itself to be perfectly harmonious, even if the details differ. It is for this reason that you must never simply follow another human being’s advice. You must allow your own inner intelligence to craft your life the way it should be.
All that starts with spending more time alone, reflecting on things, living a contemplative life, so to speak. Allowing the body to relax and start to make sense of its environment is step one. And if you want to finish the process in this lifetime, you must come to me because I am here to accelerate it. As soon as I remove the issues in your energy system, your body will move faster through life than ever before, which is what you really need, because by yourself, it will take you too long to finish and you will definitely die before you’re enlightened. And there is no fun in that.
